The End of September Post

If your in town next Saturday, Cottage Home will have a tent sale on October 6th.  Look for the blue tent on the front lawn.  Sale starts at 10am and goes ’til the sale items have homes.

Some early markdowns are at the shop now, though.

The vintage floor shelf cabinet is marked down to $180.  It measures  apprx 64″H x 12″D x 32″W.  ASCP Graphite with ASCP Country Gray on the interior.

Reproduction Olde English double door cabinet marked down to $390.  The cabinet is 74.5″H x 16.5″H x 42″ W.

Both reproduction pieces with close dimensions of apprx. 6′ L x 16″ W x 34″ H.  The bobbin leg console table has 5 drawers and has been reduced to $315.  The open shelf buffet has been reduced to $340.

New to the shop, but a an antique by age, this old dresser has some Empire style elements.  Appears to be mid-1800s, although the arched mirror and frame is a later addition.  Almost 42″W x 18″D x 30.5″H, its painted in ASCP Olde White and is priced at just $245.

Several customers had asked for a settee or settle made from an old headboard.  I used a Depression era piece with an antique bench.

Finished in ASCP Olde White, the settle measures 68″ L x 49″H x 14″D and is priced at $195.

Some of the old barn and farm doors Ali and Gloria found in Lancaster and Adams Counties.  The old bench has been at the shop since the beginning.  The small step ladder not so long.

Well, Grady has the right idea.  Down in Cape May for a few days.  Raining; it makes you drowsy.  Enjoy the weekend.
